CDA School Uniforms

ORDERING UNIFORMS
All uniform components (tops and bottoms) must be ordered from Lands’ End. Please click here to access CDA's uniforms on Lands' End.
 
NOTES:
  • CDA's school number is 900054727. “Search by School by School Name” is associated with CDA’s Administrative Offices in the city of Lewisville.
  • Lands’ End does not have separate entries for the various campuses.
  • Phone assistance is available by calling 1-800-469-2222.
  • Every article of clothing above the waist must be embroidered with the Coram Deo Academy logo. An additional fee will be charged by Lands Ends for embroidery on all shirts, sweaters, vests, and jackets.

Pursuant to applicable federal and state laws, CDA may discriminate on the basis of religion with respect to students who, in the determination of CDA, possess and exemplify a religion or religious belief philosophy that is a harmful deviation in the belief system of and detrimental to the interests of the academy.

CDA reserves the right to terminate enrollment or disallow re-enrollment a student if the administration reasonably concludes that the actions of a parent/guardian make such a positive and constructive relationship impossible or otherwise seriously interferes with CDA’s missions.

Immunizations

Immunization records are requested during the admission process and must be maintained during the student's academic career at Coram Deo Academy. Please see the Health and Safety section of the Parent/Student Handbook for more information. If you choose not to administer immunizations, the Immunization Exemption form must be submitted.
