HR Mission Statement

The Human Resource department at Coram Deo Academy seeks to serve our employees by pursuing innovative approaches to human resource management. We do this with teamwork and mutual support utilizing principled leadership, personal integrity and the highest ethical standards.

We want to promote a working environment that emphasizes open communication and a healthy balance between work, personal, and family life. We want to provide quality staffing to all campuses, teams and locations because we recognize that the children we teach are very important to Jesus and know that one day we will give an account to Him for our hiring decisions.
