Walgreens is sponsoring our on-site clinic again this year for anyone age 7 and above. Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for signed consent. Only the injectable vaccine will be available.
Please bring current insurance information and the Walgreens staff will file for payment.
CDA parents, please go through car line and pick up your student(s), then park and come in to the clinic.
