FM Vision & Hearing Screenings - FM Campus

September 12th and 13th are health screening days at CDA-FM. If your students' grade is affected, you will be contacted by the school nurse concerning the details.

Please keep immunization records or affidavits up to date each year. We look forward to a healthy, happy year with great kids!
