CDA Fall Sports Accomplishments

After a strong season of fall sports, CDA Athletics' future looks bright. Today we would like to recognize all the accomplishments done this season.
CDA Collin County
CDA Lions football played for the TAPPS Area Championship and defeated Lakehill Prep 35-14 to advance to the Regional Championship to play Waco Live Oak! 

Senior Eryn Dawson officially signed her letter of intent to play volleyball at the collegiate level. She will be attending Ouachita Baptist University next fall and continuing her playing career.
 
CDA Dallas  
The Dallas Campus Varsity volleyball team went to playoffs in its first year with a varsity team! Capping off year one the team celebrated with a Team Banquet. Every member of the team earned a Letterman’s Award and the following received District Awards:
Kesia Veler – 1st Team All-District & the District Freshman of the Year
Anaya Long – 2nd Team All-District
Anna Cating – 2nd Team All-District
Landry Hillner – 2nd Team All-District
Olive Everett – All-District Honorable Mention

Lauren Fulmer won 1st place in the girls high school division and represented CDA Dallas at the State Championship Meet in Waco, where she placed second.
 
 
CDA Flower Mound
The Varsity Football team at Flower Mound ended the season with a great run at playoffs who fell to TAPPS Division 2 state runner up (2020) Dallas Christian.

Both basketball teams have looked great with the girls looking towards achieving their next win.

The CDA Girls Soccer team has been blowing through the competition as of late. The boys have been resilient and hope to continue pushing through the season strong.
