The Congressional Youth Advisory Council is a leadership opportunity for high school students in the 24th Congressional District of Texas. It is a chance to participate in an interactive learning experience which offers students a unique opportunity to learn about the federal government, discuss public policy, and work with their federal representative while serving their community.
