Speech Students Snag Championships!
Coram Deo Academy speech team students Ianna Chan, Jackson Clark, Mary Clark, Ellie Gilbert, and Sam Jung brought home two state championships and several medals this week at the TAPPS Speech State and Academic Tournament in Waco.
Four student were in the final rounds on Tuesday, April 12. Mary Clark placed fourth in Solo Acting. Ianna Chan placed fifth in Original Oratory and is State Champion in Persuasive Speaking. Sam Jung placed third in Original Oratory. Jackson Clark is State Champion in Original Oratory. This was the final competition for the year. Congratulations to all these students!
