See You At The Pole

Elizabeth Rogers
This week on Wednesday and Thursday, CDA rhetoric and logic students gathered at the gazebo, and grammar students circled the flag poles to join in the global event, See You At The Pole (SYATP). Our kids and faculty prayed in small groups for our school, leaders in our country, and for the spread of the Gospel.
Introduced back in 1990, SYATP was developed by students who wanted an opportunity to pray at school. Since most public school kids are not allowed to pray during school hours, students gathered at an easy to identify place, the flag pole, before school hours to lift their voices to the Lord. Today, it is estimated that over 2 million students around the world take part in this annual event.
