Speech and Debate Tournament success!

Coram Deo Academy speech team’s first tournament of the year at Tyler All-Saints Episcopal School was a big success!  Senior Thomas Sorensen was in the semifinals of Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking.  Madi Pitts won first place in Congressional Debate, earning eight of the twelve points for attendance at the Texas Forensic State tournament.  Junior Madeline Belknap placed third in Original Oratory, earning three of her twelve state points in that event.  Madeline is now qualified for the TFA State tournament in Informative Speaking by winning first in that event.  Please congratulate these students on a very successful day!
