Put your Latin fears to rest! Latin is a core element in classical education, and we wish to support your child in preparing for a successful completion of this graduation requirement. Based on the level of prior Latin experience, students entering CDA in grades 6 and above are recommended for CDA’s Latin Summer Camp.
Latin Summer Camp connects your child with other new students and provides a great introduction to this wonderful language. Our experience has shown that after camp, new students transition more smoothly into their respective Latin classes in the fall. Additional support during the school year is available through after-school and/or Friday Latin Labs (offerings vary by campus/grade level).
