Thank you for your interest in raising funds within the CDA community. We’re grateful for your desire to serve others. Before completing this form, please first connect with the faculty or staff sponsor—or designated point of contact—at your campus. Fundraising should not begin until approval has been granted by the Office of Development, which will coordinate with the appropriate campus headmaster once your request is received. Please allow up to two weeks for a response. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and commitment to supporting our community.
