CDA incurs expenses on an annual basis and must fulfill its obligation to faculty. Therefore, the Academy cannot afford to refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if a student is withdrawn. Your financial obligation to CDA is for the full annual tuition as stated in the parent/student handbook and enrollment covenant.

The Tuition Refund PlanSM will pay benefits (subject to its terms, conditions, and limitations and based on the amount insured) to CDA that provide substantial assistance in meeting your financial obligation should you need to withdraw your child's enrollment for reasons such as:

• Financial Problems or Job Loss
• Relocation
• Death of a Parent
• Disciplinary Dismissal
• Emotional Difficulties
• Injury or Sickness
• Student Scholastic Failure
