Phonics

God created us to communicate with Him.  We must be able to read in order to understand and study God’s Word.  We must be able to read to talk with others about God.

Saxon 3 Phonics and Spelling teaches children the basic phonics concepts of the English alphabet and language.  It teaches children how to decode a word to figure out its meaning and pronunciation.

Spelling

God created us to communicate with Him and with each other through written work.  We must be able to spell correctly in order to glorify him through our writing.
