Notes

  1. Application Fee for PreK – 4th grades includes admission testing. New students applying for grades 5-12 pay $78 directly to ERB for ISEE.
  2. Applications received June 1 and after are assessed an additional $100 Late Application Fee.
  3. The $800 New Student Enrollment Fee will be charged per child for the first 2 children in an enrolling family. Subsequent enrollees receive a 50% discount on this one-time fee.
  4. A $250 Late Re-enrollment Fee will be assessed for current students who re-enroll February 1 and after.
  5. The $100 Book Fee covers the cost of materials used and distributed in class that are not available from the book vendors. Most books are purchased independently.

Payment Plans

All tuition accounts are processed by FACTS Tuition Management. Families have the option of paying tuition in full by March 5 or paying 50% by March 5 with the balance due July 5. Families may also elect to pay tuition in 12 equal installments (March 5 to February 5).  A $50 processing fee is assessed for all accounts using the installment plan.

Withdrawal Policy

Coram Deo Academy makes contractual commitments to faculty and staff based upon enrollment. This annual obligation must be met even if a student withdraws from a class. Therefore, all tuition and fees are still due in full once a student has filed an Enrollment Covenant (either paper or electronic copy).

Student Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is provided to current CDA families in need of financial help to continue their child(ren)’s education at Coram Deo Academy. Applications for aid are evaluated by an outside agency and kept in the strictest of confidence. Please be encouraged to apply if you have this need; we do not desire for any family to be barred from returning for financial reasons.
