Kindergarten Mathematics
Arithmetic
Saxon Math 1 is currently taught for the Kindergarten program.
Kindergarten mathematics includes five areas of emphasis: whole numbers, time and money, geometry and measurement, fractions, and problem solving. Basic math concepts are introduced using concrete materials and manipulatives. Mathematical study should result in a greater appreciation of the order of God’s creation and its infinitude.
