~Words of Wisdom in Latin

Dear Parents,

I trust you enjoyed many wonderful Christmas festivities last month as we celebrated God's greatest gift to us and rejoiced in the coming of our Savior. CDA students return to campus this week, refreshed from a homework-free Christmas break (our gift to our families--family time!). And now we begin again in the New Year, a new semester, educating children "in the presence of God."

We know that the distinctive success of CDA comes from a special blend of Christ's love, immense parental participation, and excellence in the classroom. We are grateful for the opportunity to walk along side so many parents and hope you will join us in 2012.

Warm regards,

Barbara Rogers
CDA Admission Director

Learn Latin with me

My own children have benefited greatly from their study of Latin at Coram Deo Academy. Alas, I was not blessed with such an opportunity growing up. I hope you will enjoy expanding your knowledge and will come learn with me....

Gratus animus est una virtus, non solum maxima sed etiam mater virtutum omnium reliquarum.

A grateful disposition is a unique virtue, not only the greatest one but even the mother of all other virtues. (Cicero)
