Faculty and Staff Compensation
We seek to employ qualified individuals who adhere to the historic Christian faith and will seek to advance the philosophy, worldview and goals of Coram Deo Academy. We also seek a reasonable mix of full and part time employees to comprise a team that will work effectively together in the training of youth for time and eternity. Although each employment circumstance differs and is therefore individually arranged the following table will assist the applicant with understanding the basic range of pay for various categories of employment.

Full Time only Faculty/Staff Benefits
For determining access to benefits only, a full time employee is defined as a teacher teaching a minimum of 24 classroom hours/week for the school year, or an administrative employee working at least ¾ time 12 months out the year.
