Coram Deo Academy's academic and speech team placed 2nd in the District Meet at Lake Country Christian School.  Ten students from the team will attend the TAPPS State Meet at Concordia University in Austin at the end of March in a variety of events.  
 

Math & Science
Andrew O'Brien placed 1st in the Individual Chemistry Exam and 2nd in the General Science Exam.  He placed 3rd in TAPPS Math and will be going to the state meet in both Science and Math events. Stanislav Nedzelski placed 1st in Number Sense and earned his way to the state meet.

Speech
Emma Weatherford, Carter Harms, and Wyatt Harms competed in Current Events and Persuasive Speaking.  Carter placed 5th, Emma placed 4th, and Wyatt placed 1st in Current Events. In Persuasive Speaking,  Emma placed 4th, Wyatt placed 3rd, and Carter placed 1st.  All three students will be going to the state meet in these events.

Alicia Magee, Evann Wu, and Ariel Heinsius competed in Prose.  Alicia placed second and Ariel 3rd in prose and both arestate-bound. 

Alicia Magee, Ariel Hensius, and Corey Farver competed in Original Oratory.  Ariel placed 2nd and Alicia placed 1st in Oratory and will attend state in this event.

Acting
Tierza Henderson placed 1st in Solo Acting and will be going to the state meet. Anna Perrone and Claire Maxam placed 1st in Duet Acting and will also be attending the state meet.
