1. Friend of CDA Athletics Booster

   • Join the Athletic Booster Club. Membership is open to all parents, grandparents and friends of Coram Deo students. Support levels include:
     • Gold Booster - $200 or more: Includes Booster Club Membership, a family plan athletic ticket,* Coram Deo Booster Plaque of Appreciation and official CDA athletic polo shirt.
     • Silver Booster - $150: Includes Booster Club Membership, a family plan athletic ticket,* and official CDA athletic polo shirt.
     • Bronze Booster - $100
     • Includes Booster Club Membership and family plan athletic ticket,*
   • *This family plan athletic ticket will admit parents and children to any or all of our 85-95 regularly scheduled home athletic contests.
2. Sponsor the Coram Deo Open Annual Golf Tournament, April 13, 2006, Lantana Golf Club

   • Includes lunch, cart, green fees, prizes and competitions
   • Sponsorship Levels:
     • Tournament Sponsor - $1,000
     • Platinum Sponsor - $750
     • Gold Sponsor - $500
     • Individual Sponsor - $300
     • Specialty Hole Sponsor - $250
     • Cost per player - $125
   • Increased funding will provide for better athletic equipment, additional buses and improved access to sports facilities through Booster Club memberships and Coram Deo Open sponsorship.
