Coram Deo Academy offers band for all skill levels, from beginning and intermediate to symphonic band for Logic and High School students as well as a jazz band. 

Our mission is "making music that glorifies" by:

• Serving our community by playing for nursing homes and retirement homes
• Fostering an attitude of excellence for God's glory by requiring disciplined practice individually and as an ensemble
• Performing not only traditional band music, but also selecting and performing music that has a Christian theme

All State Band

For five years, CDA has had students audition and make the Texas Private School Music Educators Association All State Band.  For 2 of those years, we have had students place in 1st chair positions.

In the 2011-12 school year,  four students auditioned and were admitted into the TPSMEA All State Band!  These students participated in a three day clinic in San Marcos which ended with a grand finale concert.

Middle School All Region Band

Last year, 13 logic students won positions on the TPSMEA Middle School All Region Honor Band. These students participated in a two day clinic and performed in a grand finale concert.  Three of our students placed in 1st
chair positions on their individual instruments!

Solo and Ensemble Contest

For five years, CDA has participated in solo and ensemble contest.  Each year CDA has had students qualify for the state contest.  In 2010-11, we had 6 soloists qualify to go to state contest and 3 small ensembles.
