Faculty Candidates at CDA must:

Be dedicated to the historic Christian faith and the classical Christian approach
Resonate with Coram Deo Academy’s mission and vision as well as our Distinctives and Statement of Faith
Exhibit the giftings and desire necessary to teach in the requested discipline or grade level
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Have teaching experience in the grade or discipline requested

Beth Addy

Human Resources Generalist

Bio
Beth Addy joined CDA in 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, she moved to Dallas, Texas to pursue her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She graduated in 2004 and moved to Pisa, Italy to work with Campus Crusade for Christ to evangelize to the lost students at the University of Pisa. After a year abroad, she felt the Lord calling her to use her business degree and she moved back to Dallas, Texas where she joined the staff of Watermark Community Church. After eight years on staff, five of which were serving as the Human Resources Director, Beth became a stay-at-home mom after her first child was born.

Beth has an 8-year-old son, Cooper, 6-year-old son, Grayson, and a 5-year-old daughter, Annabelle. She has been married to her husband, Mason, for 13 wonderful years. Beth and her family attend Watermark Community Church where she has been actively involved and serving for over 15 years. If Beth is not watching or coaching her children’s sports, she enjoys running, reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with friends. She is a big OU Sooners football fan, as well. Boomer!
Miranda Kingrea

Human Resources Generalist

Bio
Miranda Kingrea joined CDA in 2023 as the Human Resources Coordinator. Originally from Kansas, she moved to DFW for her husband’s work. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University in 2016. Prior to moving to Texas, Miranda was an active member and served in the middle school ministry for many years at NewSpring Church in Wichita, Kansas. She has experience within the administrative realm of education and is ecstatic to combine her faith and HR expertise at CDA.

Miranda and her husband, Justin, have been married since April of 2022 and attend BridgeWay Church in Flower Mound, Texas. She enjoys health and nutrition, spending time with friends and family, and quiet mornings with coffee. They have one adorable 20 pound cat named Cosmo.
